2011 Gold Medal ZSGM

Lifted and inviting intriguing aromatics of perfume, plum, spice, nuts, milk chocolate and red and black berries as well as lavender and violets.

Mouth-filling palate with solid intensity. Tannins are very fine and integrated, adding seamless structure.

Very long, lingering finish.

A stylish wine, bursting with flavour and complexity.

Ideal with a char grilled steak, lamb, goat, curries, spicy marinates and smoky, wood fired pizza.

Magnificent with double smoked ham and smallgoods, along with a cracked pepper cheese or vache curd
