Alinta and Alinta DRY rose to be launched September 2012

Alinta and Alinta DRY rose to be launched September 2012

Corkscrew Grenache and Zinfandel 50/50

Co-fermentation

Hand picked

Single vineyard

Small batch

Normal and a DRY low carb version

“Delightfully different. Has a touch of tannin. Ultra clean aroma, hints of satsuma plum, raspberry, morello cherry and strawberry yoghurt”

ALINTA is medium dry – with some sweetness but not syrupy or overdone. Those who like Alicante Bouche will enjoy this even more. The blend of the two varieties, co-fermented, has created a symphony of flavour, and colour that rivals Rose of Virginia. Fabulous mouth feel and extra long, crisp, peppery finish.

ALINTA DRY is a low carb version with uniquely retained fruit and savoury spice/white pepper characters. Gained most votes in a host of tasting forums, the favourite of those with a mature pallet and those that prefer their coffee with no sugar.

Both wines would be fantastic at a relaxed barbq. Love it with sausages, fermented meat smallgoods and cheese n olives, pizza, or equally as a starter for any classy dinner.

This wine is a leader in the worldwide non-violent revolution…. by rose lovers-to drier, spicy styles.

Truly innovative, stylish fine wines of the Barossa that can only come from a boutique operation. Check out the Corkscrew Method of vine training.
